Study on beer brewing recipe and technology

研究內容

啤酒配方研究：

研究不同種類(lèi)啤酒的特征，設計配方，并小批量實(shí)驗，品鑒，配方改進(jìn)。

啤酒工藝研究：

針對不同啤酒種類(lèi)配方，設計工藝，工藝小試，并利用工坊設備進(jìn)行工藝放大。

Research Interests

Beer brewing recipe:

Study on new beer recipe, design recipe, laboratory test of new recipe, taste, and improve recipe.

Beer brewing technology:

Design new technology for different kind of beer, laboratory test and scale-up test of new technology.
