研究內容

主要從事腫瘤細胞分子生物學(xué)、腸道微環(huán)境穩態(tài)調控機制、細胞的輻射損傷與修復和腫瘤診斷的分子標記物研究,實(shí)現生物醫學(xué)理論基礎研究技術(shù)轉化。

1.發(fā)現多功能蛋白MARVELD1:高度保守,影響細胞運動(dòng)遷移能力,影響小鼠出生后小腸發(fā)育以及功能細胞的分化和發(fā)育,調控DNA損傷與修復功能。

2.發(fā)現多功能蛋白MARVELD1影響腫瘤細胞糖代謝:研究腫瘤細胞葡萄糖代謝穩態(tài)失衡以及重編程過(guò)程的調控機制,并研究MARVELD1影響細胞葡萄糖代謝的分子機制。

3.應對新型冠狀病毒疫情,推進(jìn)醫工交叉,研發(fā)核酸檢測一體化設備與試劑,快速實(shí)現技術(shù)轉化。

 

Research Interests

Associate professor FANG HAN's research focuses on tumor cell biology, Tumor cell glucose metabolism, molecular diagnosis of diseases and the transformation of biomedical technology.

1. The research team found that the multifunctional protein MARVELD1 was highly conserved, affecting the movement and migration of cells, the differentiation and development of small intestine functional cells, and regulating DNA damage and repair functions.

2. The research team found that the multifunctional protein MARVELD1 affected glucose metabolism in tumor cells: Study the imbalance of glucose metabolism homeostasis and the regulation mechanism of reprogramming process in tumor cells; Study the molecular mechanism of MARVELD1 affecting glucose metabolism.

3. In response to the Novel Coronavirus outbreak, the research team have promoted the integration of medical and industrial, and developed integrated nucleic acid testing equipment and reagents, so as to achieve technological transformation.
