主要研究方向為基因組大數據分析方法與軟件,包括三方面內容:

1. 基因組學(xué)機器學(xué)習,研究機器學(xué)習算法在基因組學(xué)問(wèn)題上的應用與改進(jìn);

2. 基因組注釋與可視化,研究對容量龐大、格式多樣、關(guān)系復雜的基因組大數據進(jìn)行注釋及可視化方法與軟件;

3. 多組學(xué)數據分析,運用統計、計算方法,分析多組學(xué)數據、解決生物學(xué)問(wèn)題。


Research Interests 

The major research area is methods and software of genome bigdata analysis, including 3 topics:

1. Machine learning in genomics: Improvement and application of machine learning algorithm for genomics.

2. Genome annotation and visualization: Annotation and visualization methods/software for genome bigdata with mass volume, various formats and complex relationship.

3. Multi-omics data analysis, Analyzing multi-omics data by computational and statistical methods, solving biological problem.
