Bio-technology of bio-control and bio-mass recycle with microorganisms

1. 生物防治生物技術(shù)研究
運用生物防治微生物研究植物病害生物防治原理,研制植物病害生物防治相關(guān)生物技術(shù)。在這一領(lǐng)域所利用微生物資源主要包括木霉菌和毛殼菌等真菌。研究手段主要包括基因工程、基因組學(xué)、功能基因挖掘等。
2. 生物質(zhì)資源化生物技術(shù)研究
運用生物質(zhì)資源化微生物研究生物質(zhì)資源化原理,研制生物質(zhì)資源化生物技術(shù)。在這一領(lǐng)域所利用微生物資源主要包括黑曲霉、酵母菌、出芽短梗霉等微生物。研究手段主要包括發(fā)酵工程、基因工程、代謝工程、功能基因挖掘等。
Research Interests
1. Study on bio-technology in bio-control
Study on plant disease bio-control mechanisms and bio-technology with Trichoderma spp. and Chaetomium spp. etc by the methods of genetic engineering, genome, functional gene isolating etc.
2. Study on bio- technology in bio-mass recycle
Study on bio-mass recycle mechanisms and bio-technology with Aspergillus nidulans , Saccharomyces cerevisiae,Aureobasidium pullulans etc by the methods of fermentation, genetic engineering, metaboliste enginerring, functional gene isolating etc.
