哈工大生命科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院教授、院長(cháng),生命科學(xué)中心主任。

2008年從北京生命科學(xué)研究所柴繼杰教授結構生物學(xué)實(shí)驗室博士畢業(yè),

然后去哈佛大學(xué)免疫與感染疾病系 Laurie H. Glimcher教授免疫學(xué)實(shí)驗室做博士后,

2012年回國到哈工大建立實(shí)驗室,研究微生物和人適應性免疫的分子機制,以及新型基因編輯工具的開(kāi)發(fā)。


Personal Profile

Prof. Huang is dean of the School of Life Science and Technology 

and director of HIT Center for Life Sciences at Harbin Institute of Technology. 

After finishing his PhD thesis from the structural biology of Dr. Jijie Chai 

at National Institute of Biological Sciences in 2008, 

he then went to the immunological lab of Dr. Laurie H. Glimcher 

at Harvard University to receive his postdoctoral training. 

In March 2012, he joined the School and Life Science and Technology at Harbin Institute of Technology as a professor. 

His research mainly focuses on studying the molecular mechanisms of bacterial and human adaptive immune systems and developing novel genome editting tools.

 

研究方向和領(lǐng)域

采用整合的研究方法包括生物信息學(xué)、病毒學(xué)、免疫學(xué)、結構生物學(xué)以及小鼠遺傳學(xué)等,從分子、細胞以及個(gè)體水平等多個(gè)層次以較全視野對適應性免疫系統以及病毒拮抗機制進(jìn)行研究。研究方向包括:

1. 研究人適應性免疫系統以及病毒拮抗宿主免疫的功能與機制。

2. 研究細菌CRISPR-Cas系統以及噬菌體Anti-CRISPR系統的分子機制,同時(shí)基于研究成果靶向設計高效的、特異性的新型基因編輯工具。

3. 研究在生理和病理過(guò)程中人微生態(tài)系統中病毒、細菌的功能與機制。

4. 解析免疫與感染性疾病發(fā)生過(guò)程中起關(guān)鍵作用的蛋白(復合物)的分子機制,并利用這些結構信息理性設計小分子藥物治療相關(guān)疾病。


Research Area

We use multi-disciplinary approaches including bioinformatics, single cell sequencing, immunology, structural biology, and mouse models from to study the molecular mechanisms of microbe and human adaptive immune systems, microbial dysbiosis in human diseases, how immune systems interaction with other systems in the body, and developing novel CRISPR-Cas genome editing tools for the treatment of genetic disorders.
