  耐藥和轉移是導致腫瘤患者不良預后的重要原因,腫瘤基因功能研究團隊綜合利用細胞生物學(xué),生物化學(xué),分子生物學(xué)等研究方法,以小鼠為主要動(dòng)物模型,結合腫瘤患者標本檢測和相關(guān)信息分析展開(kāi)以下研究,為提高腫瘤的治療效果提供線(xiàn)索,為抑制腫瘤的轉移提供新的解釋和分子靶點(diǎn)。

1. 包括長(cháng)鏈非編碼RNA在內的癌基因以及抑癌基因的活化機制及功能研

2. 腫瘤與微環(huán)境的互作機制研究

 

Research Interests

    Prof. Hu leads the tumor gene function study group with a focus on novel targets that modulate mechanisms of drug resistance and cancer metastasis, the leading reasons for the resultant mortality of patients with cancer. The group currently uses a combination of cellular and molecular strategies, animal tumor models and human samples to work on the following specific issues in the field:

1. The activation and function of oncogenes, as exampled by ASPP family proteins

2. The roles and mechanisms of long non coding RNA (lncRNA) in cancer

3. The interconnection between tumor cell and tumor microenvironment
